Privacy Policy

01What we collect
When you create a QRMuseum account we collect your email address, the username you claim, and the content you add to your page — display name, bio, links, social handles, payment links or QR payloads, and any images you upload (such as payment QR codes or a custom background).
We also collect basic technical information that any website receives, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the service running and secure.
02How we use it
We use your information to operate your public page, authenticate you, process your subscription, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Content you put on your public page is, by design, public — anyone with your link or QR code can view it. Don't put anything on your page you don't want public.
03Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe handles them under their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance.
04Third-party services
We use a small number of service providers to run QRMuseum: Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Stripe (payments), and Logo.dev (brand logos for payment providers). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.
05Cookies & local storage
We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
06Data retention & deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your page and personal information from our systems within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records (e.g. billing).
07Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes we'll note the new date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app.
