Terms of Service

01Acceptance

By creating an account or using qrmuseum.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

02Your account

You're responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your credentials safe and give us accurate information. Usernames are first-come, first-served; we may reclaim usernames that are inactive, infringing, or impersonating others.

03Your content

You own the content you put on your page. By posting it you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service (that's what makes your public page work).

You're responsible for your content — including payment links and QR codes you upload. Make sure your payment details are correct; we are not a party to payments made between you and your visitors and are not responsible for misdirected transfers.

04Acceptable use

Don't use the Service for anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful: no phishing, scams, malware, impersonation, infringing content, or QR codes that point to any of those. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

05Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, which stops future renewals; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

06Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service at risk. On termination your public page stops being served.

07Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

08Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms. We'll update the date above when we make changes.
